Rebutting a peer review in a low back case
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I am an attorney who is pursuing Workers' Compensation cases in civil court. Most of those cases have to do with sprain/strain injuries and insurance carriers who hire peer-reviewers who state that all sprain/strain injuries heal within a three month period of time. I have expert witnesses who will provide testimony but they are generally treating doctors who don't have the time to research medical studies that will support their opinions. The peer review doctors generally state that the sprain/strain injury healed in three months and that any pain after the three month period was caused by degenerative disc disease.
I have done a lot of research in the area and have compiled medical studies but I need assistance in writing the rebuttal to the peer review reports. I am trying out various candidates to work on these cases and have already awarded the project to one of the researchers who answered the first notice of this project. At this point, I need to have at least one more researcher to provide assistance. The case will be a case that is separate from the case that has already been awarded. The successful candidate will receive all of the documents in the new case as well as the research that I have done.
