- Collaborate with the real estate team to provide comprehensive information on sourced properties and owners for evaluation and outreach.
- Monitor and track industry trends, changes in property ownership, and market dynamics to optimize lead sourcing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate, lead generation, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using Google Maps and other mapping tools for property identification.
- Familiarity with public databases and online resources for sourcing property owner information.
- Strong research and analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
