Real Estate Deal Researcher

I am in need of a virtual assistant from either Jamaica or Mexico to research real estate deals in both countries. The ideal candidate should:

- Have a strong understanding of the local real estate market in Jamaica and Mexico;
- Be able to research Residential properties, Commercial properties, and Land in both countries;
- Understand and apply specific criteria for residential properties such as type of property, number of bedrooms, and number of bathrooms.

The task will involve finding and compiling relevant real estate deals that meet the specified criteria in both Jamaica and Mexico.

Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Previous experience in real estate research, particularly in Jamaica and Mexico;
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and compare different real estate deals;
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, providing a comprehensive list of potential real estate deals.
