Real Estate Agent Mystery Shopper -- 2

I am a homeowner seeking a professional and detail-oriented freelancer to conduct mystery shopper–style market research within the residential real estate space. The objective is to evaluate how real estate agents communicate about and position my property when interacting with potential buyers. The selected freelancer will call (US mobile number) 5 real estate agents provided by me, pose as a prospective buyer, and inquire about my property, while documenting how these agents present the home. You will be provided with instructions form that is very easy to fill out, and it will need to be signed by you certifying accuracy. You will assess tone, professionalism, responsiveness, and transparency, summarizing each interaction. Candidates should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and preferably experience in market research, mystery shopping, or real estate, while maintaining discretion and adhering to all applicable laws and ethical standards. This is a one-time project. It can probably be done in a few days, as all you got to do is pick up the phone, call the agents, ask 10 questions about my property, document their responses, and follow up via email to confirm agent's input on most important 3-4 items that they said. You will share those findings with me, including the email exchange. I will supply you with the form & real estate agents to contact, there is nothing for you to invent.
