Railway/Signalling Engineer for Report Writing

I am in need of a Railway/Signalling Engineer who can assist me in writing a report on Signaling Systems. The purpose of the report is to create a Project Proposal. The desired length of the report is less than 10 pages.

- Experience in writing reports, particularly Project Proposals
