The RPO provider takes full ownership of candidate sourcing and messaging. The RPO is fully accountable for the results they deliver. Attention to candiate details as well as our templates and instructions must be strictly adhered to.
The RPO provider can take responsibility for all of:
Using OWN TOOLS for candidate name and contact information sourcing (ie: Linked In Premium (Yearly Preferred), Indeed Premium, Breezy, Zip Recruiter, Monster, Career Builder - MUST have one of these services OR another equivalent ATS.
Candidate messaging as outlined by JobGet templates (2 Template Messages ONLY)
Must follow all instructions and details as outlined by JobGet
Weekly Audit and Check In with JobGet team
Requirements:
Rpo will be responsible for weekly reporting and screenshots before payment is sent.
Rpo will bring their own job board accounts like Indeed Premium, Linked in Recruiter Premium (Yearly) OR Linked In Recruiter Lite (Monthly Version), Breezy, Monster etc and use own marketing strategy and own funds for own tools.
You will be paid out on a COMMISSION basis that varies per candidate and by which job you are sourcing for. Typically, each qualified candidate that applies will earn you anywhere from $5 - 30 per applicant, and commonly applicants are worth $40-$70+ each. You will know the value of each application before you start working on the position. If you are meeting goals, you can expect to receive 4,200 per month or more with bonuses. Earnings are uncapped.
Our successful RPO’s are making around $4,200 per month after training, plus more with bonuses for great performance!
Project Budget is a MONTHLY ESTIMATE of COMMISSION BASED earnings budget and the project is ongoing!
