RFP writer

I am in need of a skilled RFP writer who can help me create a thorough request for proposal in the technology industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in writing RFPs for technology companies and be able to work with a standard format. I will need the writer to conduct additional research to include in the RFP. Please provide examples of previous RFPs you have written and your experience in the technology industry.
