I need help conducting research on the online admission platform Collegedunia.com. The research will focus on analysis of features and benefits of its products and services, within the regional scope.
My goal is to gain deeper understanding on how different features or benefits may be influencing user experience. The in-depth research will entail collecting data, testing online platforms, developing user Personas and other types of detailed analysis. The collected information must be organised and presented in an easily understood format.
