Qualitative Researchers Needed for Customer Experience Study in Morocco

I'm currently seeking 3 seasoned qualitative researchers fluent in English, French, and Darija. The task at hand involves conducting primary qualitative research over a span of 3-4 weeks in Morocco. The aim is to gain a comprehensive understanding of customer experience across a national gas station chain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize methods such as interviews and focus groups, observation and customer intercept interviews to gather customer feedback.
- Conduct contextual enquiry and ethnography focusing on understanding the overall customer experience from entry to exit.
- Investigate aspects such as service quality at fuel pumps, cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, and availability and quality of on-site amenities.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Extensive background in qualitative research methods, particularly contextual enquiry and ethnography.
- Fluent in English, French, and Darija.
- Previous experience with customer experience research.
- Curiosity about the world
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
