Qualitative Data Analysis based on Thematic analysis

I am looking for a freelancer who is familiar with qualitative research and data analysis methodology, particularly with regards to survey research, conducting existing literature reviews, and qualitative data analysis. With this project, I will require survey research as the primary research method. Not only that, but I need the data to be pitched within the context of existing literature, taking into consideration any relevant and related research that has been conducted on the topic. Finally, I also may require software to be used for the analysis, though only if it is deemed necessary. Therefore, the ideal freelancer for this project should have experience in survey research, the use of existing literature for research projects, and qualitative data analysis.
