Psychology Researcher for a Book Empowering Women in the Workplace- start ASAP

I'm a PhD who works as a coach and stress expert - I'm writing a book on empowerment in the workplace, especially for women. This is my 3rd book. I am seeking a researcher who has access to peer-reviewed journals to help me find research and write summaries to help me explain concepts such as emotional reactions, interpersonal power dynamics, stress effects on the body, how women internalize bias, where our self esteem comes from, etc - and even to be my sounding board how to share some of these concepts with mainstream audience. I'm under a tight deadline, I'm ready to start ASAP. The project will need a handful of hours (5-8??) for the next 30-45 days.
