Job Description:

Role Overview:
As a Property Listings Research Administrator, your primary responsibility will be to source and research old property listings on various Property For Sale websites and identify potential property owners. You will be required to use tools such as Excel, Post Grid, and Google Maps to efficiently manage and document your research findings. Your work will directly contribute to our property acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough research on Property For Sale websites to identify older property listings that meet our acquisition criteria.
Compile and maintain a detailed database of identified listings, including property details, contact information, and ownership history.
Utilize Excel for data entry, organization, and analysis to efficiently manage the property listings database.
Use Post Grid and Google Maps to verify property details and gather additional information about property locations.
Contact property owners, via written correspondence, to inquire about their interest in selling their properties.
Maintain accurate records of all communication and responses from property owners.
Collaborate with the acquisition team to provide them with accurate and up-to-date information on potential properties.
Qualifications:

Proven experience in data research and analysis, preferably in the real estate or property industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
Familiarity with property listing websites and online property databases.
Strong communication and written skills for reaching out to property owners.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain organized records.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Knowledge of Post Grid and Google Maps for property verification is a plus.
