Project Planning & Technical Design
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
My new project is at ground-zero and I need a partner for the entire first phase—full project planning plus technical design. The work starts with translating a rough concept into a well-structured plan: clarifying scope and goals, assembling realistic timelines and schedules, and mapping resource needs. From there, the focus shifts to technical design documentation that will guide development in later stages.
Academic rigour is important to me. Expect to survey recent papers, extract the key methods or metrics, and prepare concise technical summaries so we can benchmark our approach against published work. Every decision in the plan or design should be referenced back to that literature review.
Key deliverables
• Complete project plan (scope, goals, timeline, resource map)
• Technical design document (architectural diagrams, component specs, assumptions)
• Annotated bibliography and 1-page summary per paper reviewed, highlighting insights used in our benchmark
• A short hand-over call or video to walk through the documents
If this collaboration clicks, I intend to bring the same person forward into implementation and later phases.
