HR Professional from Malaysia to do a Market research for us!

We are looking to hire a recruiter or a HR based in Malaysia to perform a market research on talent availability in Malaysia - statewise.
The research should cover:
1) The availability of field service talents in Malaysia statewise
2) Methods and tools to find these talents in Malaysia, along with their pricing model
3) Workforce model - Pay per job / daily / monthly wage, Rate card / Salary range
Qualifications:
*Know-how of methods and tools to Recruit talents in malaysia
*Familiarity with the geography of Malaysia.
*Must be able to complete the research before 25th of Jan 2022
