Professional Development Module Creation

We are building an asynchronous professional development module for teachers and administrators focused on equity in schools. I am looking for someone that has education experience and that can provide the materials needed and research to put a 4-6 hour training together.

I will provide the outline for each unit-- there are three units that make up one full module.
