We are seeking a skilled and highly analytical Process Mining Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Process Mining Analyst, you will play a crucial role in discovering, analyzing, and optimizing our client's business processes using process mining tools and techniques. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover process inefficiencies, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-based decision-making.
Your responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather process-related information and understand business requirements
Technical analysis and evaluation of requirements in the areas of process mining
Support the implementation of process mining tools
Connection of event logs to process mining software
Data modeling with the goal of creating a detailed process model
Analyze large datasets to identify process variations, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies
Derive optimization, standardization, and automation measures
Preparation of results, reporting, and presentation
Required Skills, Education, Knowledge and Experience:
Degree in (industrial) engineering, business administration, or similar field of study completed
Several years of practical experience in the field of business process optimization and organizational development
Experience in the processing and implementation of IT projects with a focus on process mining and/or data mining
Experience in using process mining software Celonis or similar
Very good data modeling and SQL knowledge
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Analytical and process-oriented way of thinking
Independent and solution-oriented way of working
Very Nice-To-Have:
German knowledge is a huge plus
