I'm trying to retrieve a name. If I give you a small range of addresses, a general physical description, and a license plate number, would you be able to use the web to find out who belongs to that vehicle? I've already combed through beenverified, intellius, etc. I'm hoping you have additional tools available. Willing to pay for up to three hours.
