EU/US Privacy Research
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for someone to compile a document, listing each EU country, and the USA. Then for each country, to write a note on the legalities and considerations for holding personal data, specifically, personal data from public sources (think of a list of Politicians or public company owners).
Each country should include at least one link to the source of the information, ideally from a reputable source (government), and specifically reference personal data from public sources - not personal data gathered directly from the data subjects themselves (i.e. not marketing lists).
Payment terms:
I will place a 50/50 milestone payment, and will release the first 50% once 14 countries are complete, and release the remainder when all 28 (27 EU + USA) are complete. I recommend sharing the first entry before continuing to others. Copy/pasting one EU country to the other, citing GDPR is not sufficient.
Do not ask for a payment higher than your bid amount, Do not ask for payment in advance, in both cases the answer is no, and any milestone payments will be withdrawn immediately.
