Prepare me an e-archiving scope of work

We are about to bid for a project that involves conversion of all hard copy documents to electronic versions with the use of EDMS(electronic document management system) solutions available in the market. For our bid, we are requested to turn-in a scope of work that includes all information about all the needed hardware, software, contract staff, timeline, cost and all needed information about this project. I.e. a detailed scope of work. Because of the timeframe and how busy out corporation is, we have decided to hire someone on contract to handle this for us. This scope of work has to be completed before the end of sunday the 18th so that we can make all corrections and amendments before monday the 19th which is our deadline. Only serious people who can actually deliver should bid for this. We also need to see any previous scope of works done in similar projects of this nature if you have any available. Good luck!
