Pre-Education Vetting Project, Rosaka Village-Uganda
Budget: $10 – $60 USD
I am running a pre-education vetting exercise in Rosaka Village and need solid, on-the-ground support to confirm the authenticity of a batch of academic certificates. Your sole focus will be document verification; no background checks or candidate interviews are required.
The work involves:
• Physically visiting the issuing schools or the relevant district education offices.
• Cross-checking each certificate against official registers or digital records where available.
• Obtaining written or stamped confirmation of authenticity from the authority you consulted.
• Compiling a short report for every certificate that states the verification outcome and includes a clear photo or scan of the original document plus proof of the check (e.g., signed/stamped confirmation, registrar’s email).
Acceptance criteria
• Every certificate in the batch is verified directly with an authorised source, not through third-party hearsay.
• Reports are clear, complete, and delivered in a single, well-organised PDF folder.
• Any mismatch or irregularity is flagged and explained.
You should already be familiar with the Ugandan education system and comfortable travelling to Rosaka Village or nearby district offices. Fluency in English and the local language will help when liaising with school staff. Fast, reliable communication and a commitment to data confidentiality are crucial.
Let me know your expected turnaround time for verifying an initial set of documents, and we can schedule the hand-off right away.
