This is a paid expert interview for an educational media project about how US retail pharmacies handle common self-care questions. The project compares US and Chinese pharmacy experiences, especially around OTC medications, prescription-only drugs, pharmacist counseling, and referral behavior.

Who we are looking for:
We are seeking one of the following:

US-licensed pharmacist with retail pharmacy experience
Former/current retail pharmacist
Former/current retail pharmacy technician
Healthcare professional with direct experience working in or with US retail pharmacy settings

Hawaii experience is preferred but not required.

Antibiotics and prescription requirements
Tretinoin and acne-related products
Blood pressure and diabetes medications
Gout/joint pain scenarios
Cough, sore throat, diarrhea, and allergy scenarios
Pharmacist vs retail clinic vs urgent care roles
When US pharmacists refer customers to physicians, NP/PA, urgent care, MinuteClinic, or emergency care
