Request for quote for an online recipe calculation tool
Where currently have an Excel tool with an axle database to calculate our recipes for pet food.
We want to transfer this calculation tool into an online database that enables the user to lock into the database calculate the recipe with all the nutritional values and then make a management summary print out for the recipe
We are looking for a programmer that can provide the following services
Advice us on a online database
Take the Excel table with all the formulas and transfer that into the online database
Develop a different level user interface
Administrator is able to fill the database with nutritional values for new raw materials
User is able to create a recipe save the recipe and print the management summary
User locks into their database with his email and a personal password.
Database Checks wether the user e-mail is in the allowed User database
Database send a one day user login to the email of the user
The database for Raw materials is at this time 100 coulmns x 1200 lines
The database pricing is about 1200 lines x 3 colums
Base on successful nigerciation we will provide the sample database for exact Quote
The deliverables are the following:
Programming of the database including all interfaces
Transfer of the database to our company server with the support of our IT Department
Alternativly transfer of the database to a server Farm
Testing of the function of the database
User manual in English
Please provide at this time a rough estimate and RAF concept for a solution as well as references for similar projects
We will prefer programmers that have been in the market for more than five years and that are willing to sign a maintenance contract after successful installation of the database
