Personalized Vacation Planning to New Zealand

I'm seeking a travel professional to help me plan an unforgettable vacation in the north island of New Zealand. We are traveling to two areas: Wellington, and Aukland each for 4 days.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and design a comprehensive itinerary (hotels, activities, restaurants, site seeing, etc), tailored to my interests, budget, and travel preferences.
- Provide recommendations and booking support for accommodation, activities, and transport.
- Offer insights on local culture and attractions to ensure an enriching experience.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in travel research and planning, ideally specializing in vacation destination
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and adapt to my specific needs and tastes
- Ability to have a video call in English to make sure we communicate effectively
- Ability to communicate with companies in New Zealand to confirm their offerings (email, WhatsApp, calls)

I'm flexible with the completion timeframe, but would appreciate a timely and efficient approach.
