Part-time Media Researcher (Cambodia) -- 3

JOB DESCRIPTIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• This is desktop internet research work
• The media researcher will be provided with list of subject companies and individuals (Directors/shareholders) to conduct research on all local and national news medias (native language and English)
• Example of worthy and relevant news:
o Subject Company:
- Significant news in last 10 years, eg.
* merger & acquisition
* court (legal) actions (either as plaintiff and/or defendant)
* new business / project announcement / new joint-venture
* changes in organisation structure, including change of shareholders, board of directors, key executives, etc.
* major announcement on the company as well as related companies (eg. secured new projects, incurred substantial financial losses, etc.)
o Individuals:
- Relationship with the CEO/President/Chairman
- List of immediate family members
- Age where available
- Court (legal) actions (either as plaintiff and/or defendant)
- Significant news on the individual as well as related family members
o Related companies: e.g subsidiaries, branch offices, associated companies, joint ventures, etc.
Requirements:
1. Fluent both orally and written in English and the local language (Cambodian language)
2. Have good research skills, and experience in internet research, preferably business-related
3. A native of India, domiciled in Cambodia
4. Having an experience in background checks or HR is a plus
DELIVERY ELEMENTS:
• All relevant news, if reported in the native language (Cambodian language) must be translated into English
