JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Conduct research on the provided [individual(s) or Party(s)] in all litigation sources in both native language and English;
- Conduct research on the provided [individual(s) or Party(s)] in all bankruptcy, personal credit check, and insolvency sources in both native language and English;
- Conduct research on the provided [individual(s) or Party(s)] in all local and national news media and social media in both native language and English.
- Example of worthy and relevant news:
o Court (legal) actions (either as plaintiff and/or defendant)
o Bankruptcy/Insolvency announcement/court judgments
o Brief understanding of how to conduct Personal Credit checks on the local online platform
o Significant news on the individual(s) or Party(s) as well as related family members (if any)
- Conduct the verification of the candidate's status in his (one) former employer, through a phone call. Part-timer is encouraged to find the candidate's former employer's contact information in their native language if the contact information is not provided.
- Directly visit to the former employer's office WHEN NEEDED (additional fee will be provided).
PROJECT DURATION: 4 hrs– 8 hrs (maximum)
SKILLSETS:
- Experienced in internet research, related to local law;
- Experienced in Pre-employment background checks, legal checks or HR is a plus
- Strong in both local and English language proficiency
DELIVERY ELEMENTS:
