I have a constant stream of PDFs—mostly research papers and medical records—that need to be converted into fully editable Word or Excel files and then transferred into structured spreadsheets. Once the raw content is in Excel or Google Sheets, I’ll rely on you to input every data point precisely, place each entry in its correct column, and apply the categories I provide so the final sheet is clean, sortable, and ready for analysis.

You’ll receive a set of detailed formatting guidelines up front (column order, naming conventions, cell styles, and simple validation rules). Simply follow them to the letter, keep everything confidential, and maintain consistent version control so I can track progress at a glance.

Deliverables
• Word or XLSX files created from each PDF, matching the original content line-for-line
• A master Excel/Google Sheet that contains:
 – Accurate data input from the converted files
 – Properly organized and labeled categories exactly as specified
• Brief completion log noting file names, dates, and any anomalies encountered

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % data accuracy on random spot checks
• All cells formatted per the supplied style guide
• No missing pages, tables, or figures from the source PDFs
