B2B Outreach / SDR Specialist Needed to Secure 3 Signed Non-Binding Letters of Interest from U.S. Companies

Job ID: 40420936

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Project:
I am developing a practical cybersecurity and operational resilience toolkit for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs). The toolkit focuses on implementing basic security and reliability practices such as identity management (MFA), centralized logging, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.

Goal:
Identify legitimate U.S. companies that may find this toolkit relevant and are open to reviewing and signing a short non-binding Letter of Interest confirming potential interest.

Important:
- The letter is non-binding.
- It creates no purchase obligation.
- It does not commit the company to future cooperation.

Tasks:
1. Research and identify relevant U.S. small and medium-sized businesses.
2. Find decision-makers such as Founder, Owner, CEO, COO, IT Manager, or Operations Manager.
3. Verify that each company is a real U.S. business (website, LinkedIn, or public records).
4. Contact companies via email or LinkedIn etc.
5. Track all outreach activity in a spreadsheet.
6. Forward interested responses to me.
7. Help coordinate the review and signing of the Letter of Interest if the company is genuinely interested.

Letter of Interest template:
I will provide the Letter of Interest template/draft.

Verification requirements:
- The company must be a real U.S.-based business with an active website.
- The contact should preferably use a business email matching the company domain.
- The company name, website, and location must be identifiable.
- The final signed letter should be sent directly from the company representative to my email address.
- The letter should ideally be on company letterhead and include the sender’s name and title.

Deliverables:
- Signed Letters of Interest from legitimate companies.

Expected outcome:
The target result is to obtain 3 verified signed Letters of Interest from legitimate U.S.-based companies.
Additional bonus for each verified signed Letter of Interest beyond the initial 3.

The budget is flexible and negotiable.
