Online research for a professional photo- and videographer in USA

I am looking for a freelancer that can do an online search and create a list with photo- and videographers (one and the same person) that is located in Birmingham USA and is available between July 7th and July 17th for a job. The photo- and videographer should be a professional, with a great portfolio and experienced in professional sport photography and he/she should meet our budget for the job.
