Online learning requirement

We are looking for an online learning platform like Udemy or Coursera (not limited to these) where we can get our staff to do courses that is relevant to our Software and development industry. We have 23 staff members ranging from finance to development to Power BI etc. The managers should be able to assign the courses to the staff members from where the staff member will then accept the course. As part of this project, we would like for you to find 4 online learning platforms where courses are offered (Short to media time course. These can be from 3 hours course to few weeks or months)
All the data that you will capture as part of this information gathering project will need to be done in excel in an easy read format
As part of this we required the following information per learning platform
• Types of courses being offered (please list examples for each of these categories that is being offered) – summarized based on office admin, business management, leadership and management, Software development, SQL, dev express etc.
• Cost per user per year
• Detailed information about the different dashboards that are available for managers to review the staff progress.
o Please indicate per solution if the following is covered in the management reporting dashboards. Should you identify any additional items that are covered in the dashboard that is not mentioned below please include them as well
 Which course are assigned to which staff member?
 When the staff were assigned the course or when they signed up for the course
 Did the staff pass or fail the course and how many attempts they done before passing?
 How staff compare to other people in the industry and what courses other people in the same industry completed
 How many courses each staff member completed
 What the score is that the staff member achieved
 How long it took them to complete the course
 How many pending courses there are per staff member that has not yet been started?
 Name of the course and how many staff members has been assigned the same course
 Name of the course and how many staff members completed the same course
 Recommendations form the learning platform for different resources and role types. Basically, can the platform suggest courses for staff member by displaying it on the management dashboard
