Online Interview with Students from the Middle East about Public Speaking
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I'm looking for students (aged 18-30) from the Middle East who can participate in an online interview about their experience with public speaking. I'm looking for people who have never had any training in public speaking but have some experience of speaking to an audience.
I will not be asking you to make a speech! We are only talking *about* public speaking.
Your role would be to:
- Engage in a 45-60 minute video call where I'll ask you questions about your personal experiences with public speaking. We will arrange this for a mutually convenient time.
- Be forthcoming with your emotions and experiences with the aim of contributing to a research project.
This will be a one-to-one interview. The call will be through Zoom, so we can see each other, but I'll be recording only the audio. Everything is completely confidential. Nobody other than me will see the call or hear anything you say.
The interview will be in English, so I need people who are able to discuss this subject in English.
Qualifications:
- Current student
- Some previous experience with public speaking (in your own language or any other)
Ideal Skills:
- Good communication and articulation skills
- Ability to openly discuss personal experiences
