I'm in need of a dedicated individual to investigate office-based businesses, communicate with them directly via phone to determine when their current lease agreement concludes, and compile this data into a CRM software/database. The purpose of amassing this information is to facilitate sales prospecting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive research to identify office-based businesses
- Phone businesses to ascertain when their lease runs out
- Populate a CRM database with key details

Mandatory Information for Each Prospect:

- Company name and address
- Contact person’s details
- Lease expiration date

Ideal Qualifications:
