Nutraceutical Supplement Formulation Specialist

We are looking for a Nutraceutical Supplement Formulation Specialist expertise in nutraceutical and functional food product development to support the creation of a clean-label monk fruit based sugar-replacement sweetener designed for daily household use.

Key Requirements:

• Experience in nutraceutical or functional food formulations
• Strong understanding of low-GI, diabetic-friendly and keto-friendly ingredients
• Knowledge of dietary fibres, natural sweeteners and digestive tolerance science
• Prior experience in powder blend formulations (food or supplement category)
• Understanding of FSSAI food regulations

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop safe and effective monk fruit sweetener formulations for daily use
• Work with allulose, chicory root fibre, acacia fibre and monk fruit extract
• Optimise taste, solubility, mouthfeel and digestive tolerance
• Finalise formulation ratios, SOPs and QC parameters
• Support pilot batch validation and scalability

Ideal Candidate:

• Background in food technology / formulation chemistry / nutraceutical science
• Experience with natural sweeteners and functional fibres
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Understanding of regulatory compliance for food products
• Passion for clean-label, health-oriented product development

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building category-defining clean-label health products and wants to work closely with an early-stage founder on product architecture and market-ready formulations.
