Need a Content Researcher for movie recap channel

Hi, We are a successful youtube channel team, and we need a content researcher for the channel. Our channel is based on Movie Recaps. I don't need to explain it too much, as everybody knows, movie explanations, like reviews. But, anyway,
you must have good knowledge of movies, and you have to create clickbait titles and thumbnails for the channel.. Here is the brief description you must have to follow...
Job description:
1. Make lists of movies with good thumbnails and titles (good is often not enough, it should trigger
the audience to click)
2. For each movie that I pick, I will pay $5, a bonus of $15 if the video reaches 100k views in 24 hours
and another bonus of $15 if it reaches 1 million views in 1 week 3. I may not pick any movies from your list if nothing triggers me to click, check related channels: Mystery recapped, to learn more about which thumbnails and titles we prefer...
4. Don't pick the same movies (some movies have been done before or already become other people’s
ideas).
