Nationwide Recruitment Campaign Research & Automation and Distribution needed
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a savvy researcher who can map out—and then leverage—the best free channels for recruiting 100 commission-based telemarketers (Independent contractors) in every city across the USA. No experience necessary for those who want to work from home remotely
Scope of work
• Identify a broad mix of free job boards, community forums, classifieds sites, local directories, and any other high-traffic spaces that can put my offer in front of the general public nationwide.
•steps needed to publish ads at no cost.
• Design or recommend an automated “blast” workflow—using current tools such as Zapier, APIs, bulk-posting software, browser automation, or similar—so I’m not stuck placing ads one city at a time. If a platform has no API, outline a practical workaround (e.g., CSV import, browser macro).
Acceptance criteria
3. One demonstration run—video capture or live screenshare—showing at least 20 ads published automatically to different cities.
If you’ve already built large-scale recruitment funnels or high-volume posting scripts, you’ll hit the ground running. Let me know which tools you favor and how quickly you can turn around the first draft of the platform list.

The Campaigns should target individuals as a work from home independent contractor Position only
I will be providing 1/2 of a page ad for all campaigns to be distributed. I will also have instructions for the potential candidate that we are seeking part of this gig
