Mystery shopping: help us analyse the personal loan process at Banco Santander, España
Budget: €650 – €700 EUR
Asseco Poland is seeking research support on mobile credit processes. The task is to go through a loan application process, record and then submit a screen recording showing the steps of the personal loan process on a mobile banking app, and to answer 17 questions related to the completed application.
Deadline for completing the task: as soon as possible, but no later than 2nd of March 2022
