Motivational Research & Fitness VA
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m looking for an English-savvy, slightly nerdy, yet seriously fit virtual assistant who can keep my projects moving forward while keeping me moving too.
The core of the role splits into two intertwined tracks:
Research & Information Gathering
- You’ll dig up concise, actionable intelligence on anything I throw your way—think general personal-assistant requests that can bounce from comparing productivity tools one day to outlining the latest health data the next. Clear citations, quick summaries, and a knack for spotting reliable sources are essential.
Fitness & Wellness Coaching
I need a partner who can:
• Design and update workout plans I can follow anywhere, then track my compliance and progress.
• Check in a few times a week with motivational nudges and mindset tips so I actually stick to the plan.
A bonus area is light “full-stack” project management: if a research task naturally grows into a small project, I’d love you to create a simple roadmap in Trello or Notion, assign next actions, and keep me accountable.
Ideal fit
• Fluent, engaging written English
• Genuine interest in fitness wellness and habit-building psychology
• Comfortable with Google Workspace, Notion or Trello, and any smart tracking app you prefer for workouts
Deliverables
– Weekly research briefs (one-page summaries with links)
– Monthly workout plans + progress dashboard
– Ongoing motivational check-ins (Slack or WhatsApp)
If this blend of brains, brawn, and encouragement sounds like you, tell me how you’d structure our first month together.
