Milan / Rome Meet and greet
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
We are a company soon to commence an engineering project in Italy (locations in Rome and Milan). We will have a workforce of engineers arriving in Milan and Rome in the coming weeks who are European nationals who would need local knowledge / guidance and advice to assist their knowledge of the location as they settle in the city. They will be living and working either in Milan or Rome for a period of 2 years and would need guidance with regards to transportation links, metro advice, local taxi companies & information, phone numbers, estate agents who can assist with them finding suitable accommodation, advice on regions of the city where they can consider suitable accommodation rentals and a general overview of the city that would enhance their stay.
We would require the freelancer to meet the first couple of groups who land at the airport in a meet and greet capacity so that they become acquainted with the city and know how to locate their hotel, place of work and become established with their knowledge of the city initially.
Predominantly we'd need a freelancer to prepare a document of useful, local information that would assist as an aid / guide as to the do's and don'ts of living in Milan / Rome, how to travel around, the expensive and less expensive parts of the city to base a search for accommodation, advice to connect them with local estate agencies, taxi companies, contact numbers and general advice on the city to enhance their stay and provide details to ensure they feel safe, secure and have the details to hand in a concise document.
