Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I'm in need of a skilled recruiter with a strong background in the technology sector, particularly in Information Security, business continuity, VAPT and related fields. You'll be helping me fill various entry and mid-level positions. I will provide training and criteria for the roles, but you will be responsible for sourcing and vetting potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Find suitable candidates from various platforms, primarily LinkedIn, but also recruitment agencies or any other effective methods.
- Understand and apply the criteria I provide for each role.
- A fixed fee will be paid for each candidate you successfully help hire.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in tech recruitment, especially in mid-level roles.
- Familiarity with Information Security, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, and Business Continuity.
- Strong sourcing skills, particularly on LinkedIn.
- Excellent understanding of the technology industry and its job market.
