Medical Journal Submission Support

I have a finished medical manuscript and I’m ready to hit “submit.” What I need now is someone who knows the ins and outs of journal portals—whether that’s Editorial Manager, ScholarOne, or another system—to shepherd the paper through the final submission stage.

The text itself is already complete, so your focus will be on the submission process:

• Verify every file (manuscript, figures, supplements) meets the journal’s technical specs—file type, word count, image resolution, reference style, ethics statements, etc.
• Prepare or fine-tune the cover letter so it aligns with the journal’s guidelines.
• Upload each component in the correct order, complete every metadata field, and finalize the submission.
• Provide a brief hand-over report with screenshots and the confirmation email, so I have a clear audit trail.

Because I am “Ready to submit,” speed matters. I’d like the whole process wrapped up within two days of project start. Familiarity with MS Word, EndNote or Mendeley, PDF tools, and basic image-resolution checkers will help, but proven experience successfully submitting medical papers is the key requirement.

Acceptance criteria
• Journal portal shows the submission as complete with no compliance flags.
• I receive the final confirmation email and your hand-over report.
