One of our clients is looking for a professional to conduct a Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis for my market-ready diagnostic medical device.
The primary goal of this project is to determine whether there are any existing patents or intellectual property rights that could pose a barrier to my product's commercial success.
Your tasks will include:
