Marketing Team Assistant - Indonesia Based

Looking for a marketing team assistant who is ideally based in Indonesia to support a busy marketing agency team with various admin and client related tasks.

These include:
- Engagement with client accounts to ensure social media engagement
- Online research for client projects
- Online outreach for client accounts for the purpose of lead generation
- Online article submission for SEO purposes
- Basic website support and domain set up for client websites on Google Sites and Wordpress

Ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in supporting a team in a marketing agency environment
- Understanding of social media and how to drive engagement on Instagram and LinkedIn
- Experience in Facebook Meta Business and Buffer
- Technologically literate is essential as you will need to work under VPN and Australian connections
- Fluent or above English in both written and verbal
- 2+ Years of working in an agency environment

Immediate start and must be familiar with Google Workspace (G sheets, G docs, Gmail and etc. a plus)

We are looking for someone who is available 40 hours per week working 9am to 6pm Jakarta time. Salary is $400 AUD per month (30 days).
