Marketing and Community Engagement Assistant

I'm seeking a dedicated professional to help me locate relevant communities, gather data and engage with them for an exciting, upcoming product. The primary focus is on parents and educators with children (6-12 years), as well as hobbyists, SBC and general computing enthusiasts.
Key Tasks:
- Locate Resources: Identify relevant forums, subreddits, Discord servers, and other communities related to the target audience. Reach out to schools and educational departments.
- Discover Audiences: Research and pinpoint potential customer segments.
- Find Pain Points: Interact with community members to understand their challenges and needs. Discover how we can help them.
- Organize Feedback: Collect user input on features, design, and priorities. Organize this along with the pain points.
- Plan Outreach: Develop a strategy to create regular engagement with users, post updates, and foster interest in the project.
- Launch campaign: Assist in e-mail campaign. Generate buzz and anticipation.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Deep knowledge of existing online communities and experience building a community.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in market research and audience discovery.
- Ability to create excitement and engagement around a product.
- Strong skills in organizing and analyzing data for actionable insights.
- Proficiency in developing and executing outreach strategies.
- Experience creating and managing email campaigns is a plus.
