Manual Tech Startup Data Mapping

I have a growing list of technology-focused startups and I need each record enriched with three things: the official LinkedIn company page, the company’s website, and at least one verified key contact. Everything must be gathered manually—no bots, scrapers, or browser extensions—so that every link and detail is genuinely accurate.

Scope of work
• Review the startup name I provide and conduct a manual search.
• Confirm the correct LinkedIn page by matching logo, company description, and URL slug.
• Locate the live corporate website (not a career page or Crunchbase redirect).
• Identify an up-to-date decision-maker—ideally the founder, CEO, or CTO—and capture their full name, job title, and LinkedIn profile link.
• Flag any record where data is missing or ambiguous; leave clear notes so I can review quickly.

Required approach
Google Sheets or Excel is fine as long as column order remains: Company Name | LinkedIn URL | Website | Contact Name | Title | Contact LinkedIn | Notes. Color-highlight any blanks. I will spot-check entries against LinkedIn Sales Navigator, so accuracy is essential.

Turnaround
Speed matters, but precision comes first. Let me know your realistic timeline for an initial batch of 250 startups; if quality holds, this will roll into a larger, ongoing assignment.
