Manual Government Buyer Contact Research (VA Clinics)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking high-accuracy, manual contact research to identify on-site supply or logistics coordinators working inside VA clinics across the United States.
This project does NOT involve scraping, automation, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Crunchbase, or pre-compiled databases.
The only acceptable sources are official government (.gov) websites located through manual Google searches.
⸻
Scope of Work (Non-Negotiable)
• Conduct manual Google research only
• Locate VA clinic-level staff, not headquarters
• Identify supply, logistics, or materials coordination roles
• Use official government web pages only as sources
❌ No contracting officers
❌ No executives or directors
❌ No private companies
❌ No generic procurement inboxes
⸻
Required Deliverable
A spreadsheet containing 50 verified government buyer contacts, each with all fields completed:
• Contact Name
• Job Title / Role (must clearly relate to supply or logistics)
• Facility Name
• Agency (VA, Federal, or Military)
• City & State
• Direct email address
• Direct phone number
• Source URL (exact government webpage where the contact was found)
All contact details will be manually verified and spot-checked.
Incomplete, generic, or unverifiable records will be rejected.
⸻
Pre-Approval Requirement (Mandatory)
Before I commit to the full project, please provide 1–2 sample contacts using the exact format above, including the source URL.
This is to confirm:
• Manual research methodology
• Government-only sourcing
• Role relevance and accuracy
⸻
Quality Standard
Accuracy is critical. Every email and phone number will be checked.
Only on-site government facility staff who can reasonably handle small product purchases will be accepted.
If you are confident you can meet the scope exactly as outlined, I’m happy to move forward immediately.
