Title: Find 60 apartments in Manhattan (large 1BR, flex, doorman + gym, <$4.4k)
Description:
I need a freelancer to find and verify apartments in Manhattan that meet specific criteria.
This is not a scraping task. You must identify buildings and confirm details directly with leasing offices.
Goal:
Send me a spreadsheet with 60 apartments (10 per neighborhood).
Neighborhoods (10 each):
- Chelsea
- West Village
- SoHo / NoHo
- Upper East Side
- Upper West Side
- Midtown
Do not include:
- Harlem
- Chinatown
- Little Italy
Criteria:
- Budget:
- Max $4,400
- Up to $4,500 only if utilities included or very good views
- Apartment:
- 1 bedroom, 850+ sqft
- Must be flex-capable (living room can become second bedroom)
- Both rooms must be usable
- Building:
- Doorman required
- Gym required
- Commute:
- Max 25 minutes to 6th Ave & 52nd St
- Check using Google Maps
Method (important):
You must:
- Use Google Maps to find buildings
- Focus on large / professionally managed buildings
- Use listing sites only to identify buildings (not to copy listings)
- Go on official building websites
- Email leasing offices to confirm:
- Availability
- Price
- Flex allowed
- Layout works
- Move-in around July 1

- Flex (yes/no + note)
