We are building a U.S.-based healthcare startup medical staffing platform to solve physician staffing shortages. We are currently in the pre-revenue phase but moving quickly toward an MVP launch. Has high growth potential.
We are applying for up to $2 million in non-dilutive grant funding and are hiring 3 high-performing freelancers to help us find and submit high-quality grant proposals. This is a performance-based opportunity with up to $10,000 bonus.

What You’ll Do:
• Research and identify high-potential grant opportunities (federal, state, or private)
• Provide a short explanation for why each is a fit for our business
• Write and submit assigned proposals (only after approval)
• Assist with clarifications or follow-ups post-submission (if needed)
Note:
If more than one freelancer chooses the same grant to submit, I will select the person who provides the strongest justification for why the grant is a good fit for our company. This ensures fair selection and alignment with our goals.
Timeline & Ongoing Scope
We aim to submit the majority of grants within the first two months of starting with a goal of 2M grant.
After that, grant discovery and submissions will continue on a rolling basis.

Payment Structure (Simple + Performance-Based)
We want to reward freelancers who bring real results. Here’s how our system works:
Upfront Payment (Fixed)
• $25 for onboarding
• $75 for your first grant submission
• Total guaranteed payment: $100

Success Bonus (Paid Monthly)
After the first submission, you can submit as many grants as you want.
At the end of each month, if any of your submitted grants are approved, you’ll earn a performance bonus based on how much funding you helped bring in.
Total Approved Funding (Monthly) Bonus You Earn
Up to $250,000 0.25% of total
$250K–$499K 0.35% of total
$500K–$999K 0.40% of total
$1M–$1.49M 0.45% of total
$1.5M–$2M+ 0.50% of total (Max $10,000)
The founder personally pays bonuses within 7 days of receiving the Notice of Award (NOA).
There is no cap on how many grants you can submit — the more you win, the more you earn.

At the end of this 2-month challenge, the freelancer who helped raise the highest total amount of funding can be offered a monthly retainer position with our company.
