Lost Friend Search in China

In my quest to reconnect with an old friend in China, I need help from an experienced researcher/public records expert. My friend was last seen a few months ago and I have some specific details that could aid in the search.
Your role will primarily involve the following:
- Using provided details such as full name, last known address, and photos to locate my friend.
- Conducting online and possibly physical searches (as practicably possible).
- Providing periodic updates about progress or findings.
