Looking for a loan auction assistance between lenders for DSCR and Non QM loans in the US
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I am looking for a loan auction assistance who can assist me in managing DSCR loans in the US. I need help identifying potential lenders as I am working on expanding my of lenders.
I have a long term project to join our lendimg team as an assistant. Its $2 per hour + bonuses on closed loans. If you are interested let me know.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of DSCR loans
- Experience in identifying potential lenders
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with lenders via email or phone
We are mortgage brokerage for DSCR and Non QM loans in the US and I am looking for a mortagge auction specialist for our loans
1. You job will be to locate new lenders and get them on board to work with us
2. Connect to their online pricing systems and generate quotes
3. Email and call lenders to gather quotes
4. Update the client on every quote and add the quote to a spreadsheet
5. Do another auction between the 3 best quotes by sending them to the winning lenders
6. Consult the client on which loans are the best ones from alll of the offers we got
7. Sign the borrower on a term sheet approval once they chose a lender
We are working with the Lending Wise software for document management and also their Market Place fo rlenders, through emails and phone calls between the clients and lenders
We are also using WhatsApp to communicate with clients per loan
You will work on getting new lender and quotes on:
1. All social networks -LinkedIn, Facebook, Messenger etc.
2. Phone calls and emails
3. Online web research on Google
4. Check online conventions
5. Lending Wise Market Place
And more...
You will then get the lender to sign an agreement with us and make sure we have an account manager with email and phone number so we can start sending him loan requests
You will work per hour and also have a bonus per success for every loan closed based on our bonus structure
The time that it will take for you to close the loan auction will affect the bonus
We are looking to get at least 10 offers per loan between 3 to 7 days.
The faster you get the quotes - you get better bonus
The better offers you bring - means the client like to move forward so we close more loans and you get more bonuses!
