This individual will be instrumental in spearheading our growth initiatives. A critical aspect of this role involves leveraging research tools, with a special emphasis on platforms like LinkedIn, to identify and establish connections with property management companies overseeing multiple buildings, builders, expansive real estate firms, and other organizations from which bulk service contracts can be acquired. We're not just looking for isolated service calls; our vision is to tap into networks where there's an ongoing requirement for appliance repairs. The role mandates the creation and execution of a comprehensive strategy to identify and approach these entities, employing a mix of calls, emails, and other proactive outreach mechanisms. The endgame is to either directly secure contracts or, at the very least, pave the way for our sales representatives to step in and finalize agreements. Compensation is hourly, but the perks don't stop there. For every successful deal facilitated, a bonus of $500 is awarded.
