About the project:
Can be a Spanish speaking Assistant who can perform research interviews or User Researchers from Spanish speaking countries.
Responsibilities
Plan and conduct User research across multiple projects – interviews, focus groups, workshops, participatory design sessions, user-tests, persona creation, task flows, scenarios, user journeys, benchmark analysis, usability studies, and similar approaches.
Gather user requirements identifying needs and frustrations, and business constraints, translating findings into design decisions.
Work closely with UI and visual designer experts to define wireframes and mock-ups, and with developers to transmit the design recommendations.
Deal with calendar and team management and present your UX deliveries to business stakeholders.
